Microsoft Office 365 Standard Business Plan is included with cloud access and application install on multiple user under management. The Office 365 Standard Business plan includes 1 mailbox per user and cloud storage.
With the addition of mail included in the Forester IT Vanguard Plus plan each mailbox will be protected by spam, email antivirus, and phishing gateway service.
The Vanguard Plus plan is for SMBs and organizations who need a cyber security protection service and business production applications managed by a partner who takes security seriously and understands the function of your business is not to manage technology but make sure the technology is up and running at all times. That is why we offer Microsoft Azure domain controller that manages your organizations IT policies and security.
Adding Two Factor Access helps organizations improve security at its most easiest point user logins. We will implement a 2fa solution that is part of the Vanguard Plan plan to insure additional security to your organization’s data.
When we onboard our Vanguard Plus partner we take full inventory of each and every device that touches your network even if not under management. We also manage your technology vendors and ISP services. Managing your vendors and ISPs helps you know we are there own services goes down and we will manage the service call.
Forester IT Support Department is your IT support department that goes beyond Vanguard Plus Plan. The Support Department Plan is an add-on to the Vanguard Plus plan where staff of your organization can contact for under management device, application issues. This also includes some training of application under management.
